Many conventional laboratories still rnake dyeings in beakers using either hot plates or water baths as heat sources, These procedures allow for only a limited number of dyeings, requiring the constant attention of a technician. Uneven manual stirring often ylelds unlevel results.
Our OSCI COLOR has the capacity to dye up to 24 beaker dyeing test Uniformity and level ness are achieved and allow an operator the freedom to perform other tasks. While satisfactory results have been achieved at a liquor ratio of 10:1, normally 15:1 is recommended to consistently assure level dyeings.
